Interesting. Much like the Blog Market I proposed a couple weeks ago... good to know that someone else had the idea simultaneously and actually had the motivation to implement it. One cool difference is that they found a great way to allow new users to claim existing blogs in the system while also spreading the word by forcing people to verify their blogs with a image.
