I added lists for prolific

I added lists for prolific and supah, since they asked so nicely so long ago and I've been a slacker. But things are finally falling together, the index page is back up and running (I may have to limit the number of lists shown if it grows much more, it's already pretty slow to load), and so is the list surfer, now with a bit of new functionality. You can randomly surf just the people in the current site's list, or the people that link to the current site, or all the sites... now I've only got to figure out a way for us to figure out how many peoples' lists stand between yours and any another, and make it easy to understand.
